My approach to wedding planning is calm, creative and highly personalised. Whether you’re looking for full end-to-end planning or expert coordination to ensure everything runs seamlessly on the day, my role is to take the pressure off you and allow you to truly enjoy the experience - both in the lead-up and on the day itself.

I offer three wedding planning options, designed to suit different levels of support depending on where you are in your planning journey.

Fees are dependent on the final scope of services, number of guests and wedding location.

The Support Act

ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION

For couples who’ve planned it all and want to enjoy the day.

This option ensures your wedding day runs smoothly and calmly, without you or your loved ones needing to manage logistics or troubleshoot behind the scenes.

What’s Included:

  • Pre-wedding planning call (4–6 weeks before the wedding)

  • Review of suppliers, logistics and timings

  • Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline

  • Venue and supplier liaison ahead of the day

  • Final supplier confirmations

  • On-the-day coordination (up to 8 hours)

  • Acting as point of contact for suppliers and guests

  • Calm, discreet problem-solving throughout the day

The Headliner

PARTIAL PLANNING & COORDINATION

Expert support to bring everything together.

Perfect if you’ve already made a start with planning but would love professional guidance, structure and calm oversight to ensure nothing is missed.

  • Support sourcing and booking remaining suppliers

  • Shared supplier communication and logistics support

  • Refinement of your existing styling and layout plans

  • Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline

FULL WEDDING PLANNING

Complete support from concept to celebration.

This option is ideal if you’d like Whimsy & Wild to take full responsibility for planning, coordination and logistics, allowing you to relax and enjoy the experience without feeling overwhelmed.

  • Full budget creation, tracking and guidance

  • Venue search support and logistical planning

  • Sourcing, recommending and coordinating all wedding suppliers

  • Support with bookings, contracts and key decisions

  • Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline

  • Ongoing supplier communication and management

  • Venue liaison regarding access, timings and logistics

  • Final confirmations and pre-wedding organisation
